Halloween birthday parties can be as scary, fun or as cute as you’d like. For this Halloween birthday party we decided to use a pumpkin patch, cute theme since it’s for a girl.
Guests were greeted by a Welcome sign and pumpkins on the door. Their were pumpkins and hay bales on the front porch with ghosts hanging from the ceiling.
When they came inside the house, there were giant spiders hanging from the ceiling with more pumpkins and ghosts everywhere.
Halloween party food
The cake came from my favorite bakery. The witch hats are fudge striped cookies with hershey’s kisses glued (with black icing) on top. We made deviled eggs & added orange food coloring to them and put a little relish on the tops to make them look like pumpkins. Our spider cookies were made of chocolate donuts with pretzel legs and candy eggs glued on them (with black icing,) The zombie hands were a big hit! They were disposable gloves filled with popcorn. Each hand had a Halloween style ring on one finger. We used lots of candy corn and candy pumpkins as edible decorations.
Personalized Halloween Tablewear:
We fell in love with these black and orange chevron napkins that we found at Walt-mart so I made the plates match them.
Then I made cute Halloween style water bottle labels to tie the plates, napkins and other party decorations all together.
We started off this party by bobbing for apples which turned out to be the kids favorite game. Then we had multiple sack races with these sacks I ordered from Amazon. To keep the Halloween spirit, we had a mummy contest to see which team could wrap a person in toilet paper the fastest.
The bottom of our fireplace had a thank you sign, chocolate bars and treat bags.
